Refund policy
Webinars
Free, so nothing to refund. You can simply stop attending; no cancellation policy needed.
Praxis, participate seat (₹5,000)
Full refund if you cancel before Episode 1 starts. Once Episode 1 has run, the seat is non-refundable, since it’s already been given to someone who wanted a spot.
Workshops and skills labs (₹30,000)
Full refund up to 14 days before the lab date, since venue and materials get locked in ahead of time. Inside 14 days: credit toward a future lab, not a cash refund. No-shows: no refund or credit.
Missed episodes and rescheduling
Handled inside your member dashboard, not here.
Privacy policy
This policy will cover: what data is collected and when; how it’s used and who processes it (WordPress, SureCart, email provider, video platform); cookies and analytics; how long data is kept; your rights and how to ask for deletion; and who to contact.
Terms of service
This policy will cover: what you’re buying — access to one case or one lab, not a subscription; the access window for a purchased case and what happens when it ends; and recording, sharing and re-use of session content.
