Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of isvs.vet and your purchase of any ISVS programme. ISVS (International School of Veterinary Specializations) operates from India and provides continuing professional education to veterinary professionals in India and internationally. Contact: hello@isvs.in.
What you are buying
Each purchase gives you access to one specific programme — one case simulation cohort, one webinar, or one skills lab. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically. A participant seat in a live case gives you a place in that cohort for that case’s full run. A free registration gives you viewer access to the live session and its recording.
Access window
Recordings and materials for a purchased programme are made available for a defined access period, communicated at the time of purchase. Access is personal to you and non-transferable. We may withdraw individual materials where a licence expires or content becomes clinically outdated; where this materially reduces what you paid for, we will offer a fair remedy.
Recording, sharing and intellectual property
All session content, case materials, slides and recordings remain the intellectual property of ISVS or the authoring specialist. You may use them for your own professional learning. You may not record, download (unless we provide a download), redistribute, publish, resell or use the material to train a machine-learning model, and you may not share your login or session link with others. Group and team access is available — contact us rather than sharing an individual seat.
Clinical disclaimer
ISVS programmes are educational. They are not a substitute for your own clinical judgement, your professional obligations, or the standards of your regulator. You remain responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and welfare of every patient in your care. Case material is presented for teaching and may be adapted or anonymised.
Conduct
Live sessions are collegiate learning environments. We ask that you engage respectfully with faculty and other participants, keep any patient or client information shared in discussion confidential, and do not use sessions for marketing. We may remove a participant for serious or repeated breaches, without refund.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Refund terms are set out in full in our refund policy: webinars are free and require no cancellation; a participant seat is fully refundable before Episode 1 begins and non-refundable once it has run; skills labs are fully refundable up to 14 days before the lab date, after which a credit toward a future lab is offered instead of a cash refund, and no-shows receive neither.
Cancellation by us
If we need to postpone or cancel a session, we will offer you a place on the rescheduled run or a full refund for the affected portion. We are not liable for indirect costs such as travel or accommodation booked independently — please book flexible fares for in-person labs.
Consumer rights (EU / UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. Where you ask us to begin providing digital content or a live service within that period, you acknowledge that you may lose that right once delivery has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where a service is not as described.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. The terms that apply to your purchase are those in force at the time you bought it.
